PROJECT TO ESTABLISH A GREEN RESIDENTIAL CITY FROM PREFABRICATED UNITS IN THE GAZA STRIP

The ongoing war on the Gaza Strip has led to the complete destruction of more than 150,000 housing units and the partial destruction of over 280,000 housing units, causing the displacement of these families and leaving them without shelter. This destruction has also affected most educational and health services, commercial establishments, bakeries, public gardens, and children’s playgrounds.

Therefore, we attach a project to establish a green residential city from prefabricated units, totaling 1,000 housing units: 500 units of 42 m² each and 500 units of 21 m² each, with a front area equal to the unit’s size. The project includes a medical center, educational school, well, desalination plant, green spaces, children’s play areas, cafeteria, public restrooms, mosque, commercial shops, and solar power to operate the housing units and city facilities.
