Given the urgent need for medications and ambulance vehicles in hospitals, the GDD team, through your generous donations, is preparing fully equipped ambulance vehicles in Cairo, Egypt, to be sent to hospitals in the Gaza Strip. These ambulances will be used to rescue and transport the wounded from the ongoing attacks on the Gaza Strip, up to day 27.
It’s worth noting that 50 ambulance vehicles, which were meant to save the wounded, have been targeted, and more than 130 emergency and healthcare personnel have lost their lives during the aggression. Additionally, 25 hospitals and 32 health centers are out of service due to continuous shelling, and there is a shortage of many essential medications in health warehouses, affecting the lives of the injured and patients. Hospitals are operating at 150% capacity, and operating rooms are overwhelmed due to the high number of daily injuries.
